WANTED: LaGuardia's Poet Laureate

Are you a poet? If so, you could be selected to represent LaGuardia College in a national poetry contest and be named LaGuardia's Student Poet Laureate.

Click HERE to print out the official entry form and submit it together with your poem to Dr. Kristen Gallagher by February 11th. Put your application in her mailbox in E103.

The entry must meet the following criteria:
  • Entrant must be a currently enrolled Community College student
  • Name of student must NOT appear on poem
  • Attached form must be stapled to the entry as only method of identification
  • Attached form must be signed
  • Poem & Title must fit on ONE page in 12 point font
