5 Star Competitive Edge:
1.  2nd, 3rd, 4th STAR Members will be officially recognized in the Spring Induction.
2. A 5 STAR member will be recognized in the Spring Induction and will receive a unique PTK 5 STAR pin for free.

Purpose of Competitive Edge:  This professional development plan designed exclusively for Phi Theta Kappa members helps strengthen highly sought-after skills such as communication, critical thinking, teambuilding and goal setting through hands-on leadership activities and online video courseware. Members will build an online portfolio that will showcase their accomplishments in one convenient location that can be easily shared with scholarship providers, admissions officials and potential employers.

HOW DO YOU PARTICIPATE?
All Phi Theta Kappa members can participate. Simply log into http://my.ptk.org with your username and password provided via email when you first became a member. This username and password is the same one used for CollegeFish.org.

To be recognized for spring induction you need to report your progress via May 6 to Mr. Syed F Hossain (sfhrafi@gmail.com).  You can also email him for any other problems regarding competitive Edge.

  1. I believe that to fully experience Phi Theta Kappa, all Officers and Members should engage the Five Star Competitive Edge Program. You have no idea how profoundly the experience of completing 5 Star will be for you. You will be an accomplished member with knowledge ready to be employed in your desired area of interest.
