Final Transcript Due for Common Application

If you submitted the common application for any PTK scholarships, please note that your final transcript must be uploaded by January 16, 2013.

Only applicants may log in and attach fall 2012 transcripts. They may access this upload portion of the application by logging in with their username and password at https://my.ptk.org/edge/ .

Applicants will want to upload a transcript in the first available space on the Final Transcript Upload page. No new applications are being accepted at this time.
